Here are some of my best powerful sentences.

Brown crooked branches reach out to me as I creep through the foggy forest. Goosebumps crawl up my shaking legs. Owls hoot as their bright green eyes shine in the scary forest. 

 The smell is like fire appearing in the miserable forest.  Freaky sounds appear... Unexpected things appear in front of me...

Athletics Day

Yesterday we had our Athletics Day.

My favourite event was ALL OF THEM!!

I came 2nd = with Rylee in the 400m.

I came 6th in high jump.

I came 4th in the 100m sprints in my group.  

I enjoyed it all.

It was FUN!!!!

Tug O War

Yesterday a mystery arrived at our doorstep. What was it we all wondered? 

It sat in the huge crumpled box sad and lonely, waiting to be played with. It looked like a long stretchy snake coiled in a damaged box. We lined up in a straight line ready to go outside in the hot hot sun. We wondered how long it was so we laid it down and had a guess how long it was. We used our feet to roughly measure the tug o war rope. After we guessed how long it was Floyd measured it with the meter wheel. It was 30 meters long!! We found half way on the tug o war rope and tied a ribbon onto the halfway mark. We had a battle with the other half of the class. We pulled as hard as we could like a truck pulling a heavy car out of the sticky mud. The ribbon rapidly flew past the other team's blue cone TWICE!!! NO!!!! We lost.

My First Post

Today I learnt to create a learning blog. I learnt that web addresses only use lowercase letters. I invited Mrs Ellis & Mrs T to be admin on the blog. It is importance of saving the settings. I typed how to get onto blogger. I know how to change the font (Chewy.) Today I changed the background.
